What a credit and a unit mean
A credit is the prepaid unit you spend on jobs: each kind of job costs a fixed number of credits, and a credit costs between $1.00 (25-credit pack) and $0.70 (2,000-credit pack).

Questions
Does it check my state's deposit law?
No. It does not check any state's deposit law, and no deadline or threshold is applied. You confirm the rules that apply to you. Every packet says so.
Is this legal advice?
No. The packet is a draft built from the documents you upload. It is not legal advice and does not replace your own counsel.
What does it check on each line?
That each charge has evidence (a move-out note, invoice, receipt, time sheet or estimate), that the amounts agree, that both conditions are noted and that named photos were uploaded.
Does it send anything to the tenant?
No. The packet lists what to check. Your itemized statement is yours to write and send; nothing is sent for you.
Which files can I upload?
Text PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text, and JPG or PNG photos: up to 40 lines, 60 files of 10 MB, 60 pages of documents. Photos are listed by name, not analysed.
What happens to a line with no evidence?
It is shown as not ready and listed first, with the line and what is missing. It is left out of the total.
